Delete an account directly in the application
The easiest way to delete an account is to use the "Delete account" option in the application settings.
This option can be found in the mobile application and the web application. This way, deleting the
account will be done immediately.
Account deletion request via customer support
You can also request deletion of your account by sending an email to
support@logeto.com. For security
reasons, the request must be sent from the account owner's contact email. This way the deletion of the
account is processed within 14 days after the request is received.
What happens to your data when the account is deleted
All data is deleted at the same time as the account is deleted. Backups of the account (and the data in
the account) are maintained for 180 days after deletion and then also deleted. We do not keep any
personal information for marketing or other purposes. The exception to this may be the keeping of
information necessary to comply with legislation.
