Form of recurring payments
Automatic payments are activated based on the client's selection of this payment method (in the account
settings) and acceptance of the recurring payment terms.
Reason for recurring payments
The Provider provides the option of recurring automatic payments to simplify monthly payments for used
services.
Amount
The amounts paid by automatic payments depend on the pricing plan chosen by the client and the number of active users. The prices of pricing plans are listed in the
pricing. An active user is any user who has new entries created on the account, either by the user or by another user who has the necessary privileges to do so.
Frequency of payments
The amount is charged monthly, always after the end of the month - usually on the 2nd day of the following month.
Variability of payments
- The price of the selected pricing plan is fixed.
- The client can change the chosen pricing plan at any time.
- In the event of a change in the price of the pricing plan, such change is published in the pricing. In case of disagreement with the price, the client has the option to cancel the automatic payments.
- The variable component of the payment amount is the number of active users.
Level of data security
GoPay handles payment card data according to the international PCI DSS Level 1 security standard (the highest level of data security in the payment card processing sector).
Cancellation of recurring payments
The Client has the option to cancel automatic recurring payments at any time, within the settings of the web application, or via a request sent by email to
support@logeto.com.
For security reasons, the request must be sent from the account owner's contact email.
