Overview for salary calculation

It is easy to create a print report for calculation of individual people salaries from the attendance records. The system monitors the hours worked and compares it with the set time pool so everyone has an immediate overview of how many hours they still need to work or from the other side, how much overtime they have worked. A full-scale overview for salary calculation can also be obtained from the module Time tracking. It is possible to select the module from which the overview will be created. The selection can be done in settings for each person individually.

People locations

Thanks to the application for mobile phones and tablets it is possible to monitor in real time comings and leavings of individual people even in distant workplaces anywhere in the world. This feature is mostly usable for people who often work outside the office or alternate individual workplaces or travel on business trips. That way you have an overview of how much time they spent in which place. You can also look at the places where people were on the map.

Overviews, evaluation, statistics

Thanks to tables and graphs you will get a quick overview about the attendance of individual people and have the ability to compare them. At the same time, you will be able to see how much time people spend in each location or how much time they spend, for example, on their business trips. As well as this, you can also export records to excel and pdf. In addition for advanced users, we support work with excel pivot tables, including many graphs.

Setting and tracking options

For the proper function of the system you can set up work hours, activities, and other parameters for individual people depending on your needs. By setting up the so-called Monitored Locations you will be able to find out who worked when, and how long in a monitored location. It is advisable to record the attendance using a mobile device or a fixed attendance terminal, where the location in which the person is located can be verified for each record.
