Time tracking

Time tracking, the main module of Logeto, offers recording of hours worked by individual people, with the possibility to track time spent on individual contracts or their parts. The system also fills the records with information as to where a person was located during work (see Attendance). Thanks to customizable settings you also get any other required information you want to track. As result, the system will offer you clear time sheets, attendance sheets, overview for salary calculation and more print reports.

Overview for salary calculation

It is easy to create a print report for calculation of individual people salaries from the Time tracking records. The system monitors the hours worked and compares them with the set time pool so that everyone has an immediate overview of how many hours they still need to work or from the other side, how much overtime they have worked. The overview includes other useful information such as work during holidays and weekends or work during the night.

Work on contracts

Recording work on individual contracts enables you to have a perfect overview of the costs and their structure. By setting rates you can easily find out the cost of people's work on each contract or it can offer you information about how much you should invoice your customer according to the completed work on his contract.

Overviews, evaluation, statistics

With the help of overview tables and print reports, you will get a quick overview of work on individual contracts and find out who has been participating in them and how much they have contributed. The tracking of other information you may need about performed work is available by using the Custom Fields which you can set up according to your own needs and help you organize your individual work processes more easily and effectively! As well as this, you can also export records to excel and pdf. In addition, for advanced users, we support work with excel pivot tables, including many graphs.

Setting and tracking options

The whole system can be customized by choosing the right settings. It may serve for easy recording of comings and leavings, for comprehensive time tracking or as combination of both. There are standard fields available to be filled in such as activity, location or description, but also advanced fields like contract (or individual part of the contract) and custom fields. Custom fields can be set up to suit your own needs and track information for individual records such as staffing, work from home, business trips, etc. You can also set the fields to be required.
