People records approval

Executives may now approve or disapprove records about completed work.
This improvement is mainly focused on a more effective way to inspect the records in Time tracking.

Connection with other systems (API)

Application program interface (API) allows Logeto to be connected to other programs.
Thanks to this it is possible, for example, to share contracts or work records between programs.

Overview of people presence now also in PC application

It is no longer necessary to login to the web for a quick overview of people presence in workplace.
Now all it takes is to start PC application to see who is where in an instant.

Buttons for quick start of activity added to PC application

In Logeto for PC, it now takes just one click and the application will record activity, time and locality.
With one click you can also record contracts, descriptions and others (based on previous records) in Time tracking.

Showing records of selected group of people

Now it is possible to filter and show records of all the people in a selected group at the same time.
It offers, for example, easier inspection of attendance or work in company departments.

The new version also brings:

PC - It is now possible to duplicate records even between individual people
PC - Added possibility to create a new activity, vehicle, contract and more
Mobile - Added search, available while selecting contract, activity and more
Mobile - Description can now be simply entered immediately after pressing activity quick start buttons
Mobile - While filling text fields (description for example) the application hints already entered texts

Version 7.6 - Important changes and improvements

Today, we bring you a lot of new features and some changes which will significantly adjust the face of the application. The main news is that Time tracking has been improved and become the main module of the application. It has also been more deeply connected with Attendance. It means that records can be overviewed in an easier way and it also means there are now new ways how to record work - especially while using the newly added features such as 'start a record from template, from plan, or from history', 'Re-start previously entered record now', or 'duplication between people'. Now a lot more things are 'at hand' in each of our applications. There are also important changes in our system of billing for used services.

Mobile application usable in various professions

An employee's work performed outside the office is hard to monitor and record. It puts added pressure on people who have to fill-in paper work and also supervisors who are required to check it thoroughly.
