Major changes in the application:

Deeper connection between Time tracking and Attendance

New Logeto main screen Time tracking has been improved and become the main module of the application. It has also been more deeply connected with Attendance which has become a Time tracking feature. From now on Attendance provides information to every Time tracking record about the location of people. It can also tell you if Attendance was actually recorded for individual time intervals. It is still possible to choose not to use Attendance at all - in such cases a locality can now be manually filled to Time tracking as well.



Overview of worked time from Time tracking

Time tracking now also serves as the only possible source of information about individual peoples' worked times and for an overview for salary calculation. If you have been evaluating worked time from Time tracking up to now, nothing has changed for you. For those who have been evaluating worked time from Attendance, it is necessary to change the method of evaluation.

Change in billing system

Due to the changes in the application the original billing system had to be completely reworked into two price variants. Each variant can be selected for every person individually.

Lite variant offers:
- Time tracking
- Attendance with localization
- Work planning
- Automatic vehicle logbook
- Expenses recording
- Invoicing
- App. programming interface

Monthly cost: 2 USD (1.5 EUR) per person
Full variant offers:
Everything in Lite and...

- Rates of people and vehicles
- Settable custom fields
- Assigning records to individual contracts



Monthly cost: 4 USD (3 EUR) per person



Some of the other improvements:

Time tracking templates

Logeto has been extended with a feature for creating personal or shared record templates.
It offers the option to create a record with completely prefilled information.

Plan

Another new feature of Logeto is Plan, where it is possible to plan individual peoples' work to specific days or generally without a date. Information from the plan can then be used to fill Time tracking while recording work.

Filling a record in a fast and easy way

A terminal for the quick start of activities is now available within the screen with records (in mobile and PC application).
It can be used in a minimized version containing the most frequent activities or it can be unrolled to use advanced options such as start of record from template, history or plan.

New version also brings:

  • Duplication between people in PC app
  • New features for quick actions with records
  • Re-start previously entered record ‘now’
  • Tracking of time worked during night
  • Improved overviews in web app



What has been brought with the October update? For those who use Logeto with Attendance we have a new feature to make your life easier - now times in Time tracking and Attendance records can be changed simultaneously. Other new features are the option to hide and not use the field location, improved possibilities of work with multiple records simultaneously and more.

This time the new version of the application brings you even more improvements than usual. Executives who like to thoroughly inspect the timesheets of their employees, will surely be glad to use the new feature that allows them to approve checked records. For those who already managed to try the new PC application or are soon going to they will be happy to hear the information that the application was up-dated with many features that were usually found on the mobile phone application, such as an overview of people presence, buttons for quick start of activities and much more.
